You may return your unused, unlaundered products within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs. Most items are subject to a 25% manufacturer restocking fee. In the event that an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.
